Support Broker Link visitors and callers with Microsoft Office expertise and polished communication in a customer-focused reception environment. Help maintain an organized office.

Broker Link is seeking a Receptionist for its growing team. This role handles incoming calls and emails, greets visitors, and supports reception operations. It also includes scanning electronic mail, assisting the mail room and Administrative Assistants, and working toward a RIBO Level 1 broker licence.

• Respond to incoming calls and emails with required information
• Greet visitors and notify appropriate personnel of arrivals
• Maintain and update telephone lists
• Maintain reception areas and nearby boardrooms
• Support mail room and Administrative Assistants when needed

• College diploma or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum two years of administrative experience
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Eligibility to work in Canada
