You will work directly under the Advisor, assisting with client meetings and operational goals, while enhancing business development initiatives through effective prospecting and outreach. Organized individuals with excellent communication skills will thrive in this supportive role, contributing to a positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Advisor to meet client service goals

• Deliver outstanding client service via phone, email, and in person

• Create prospecting lists and make outbound calls

• Schedule and assist in meetings with clients

• Compile production statistics and manage client files

Requirements:

• Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) completion

• Previous customer service experience preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
