Lead Pastor Position

As First Baptist Church seeks a full-time pastor, candidates will engage with a vibrant congregation of 30 members. This position is pivotal in providing preaching, teaching, and nurturing ministry for children, youth, and seniors. The successful applicant will partake in the ongoing revitalization efforts while managing administrative responsibilities and pastoral care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct worship services with relevant sermons and teachings

• Engage in community outreach and evangelism strategies

• Offer pastoral care through visits and counseling sessions

• Participate in church meetings for governance and planning

• Carry out additional duties as required by church needs

Requirements:

• Valid CBOQ credentials or an equivalent

• Master of Divinity degree from an accredited seminary

• Effective communication skills are essential

• Computer literacy for church operations

• Ability to manage time effectively for various responsibilities
