Position: Process Engineer at Electra Battery Materials
Electra Battery Materials seeks a Process Engineer skilled in chemical or metallurgical processes for their Cobalt Refinery in Temiskaming Shores, Ontario. This full-time role emphasizes design, optimization, and technical support.

In this position, you will coordinate engineering duties in both chemical and metallurgical contexts. The role involves developing processes during commissioning, providing technical reviews, and ensuring systems operate as designed. You will work closely with production teams to monitor performance and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate design and development of chemical/metallurgical processes

• Develop and optimize processes in production phases

• Oversee installation and operation of new systems

• Collaborate with technical teams to assess processes

• Establish quality control guidelines for production

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Metallurgical Engineering

• Minimum 3 years relevant engineering experience

• Solid design and operational process expertise

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
