* Position Summary:

** The Staff Pharmacist assists the Pharmacy Manager in all aspects of Pharmacy Operations. Provides patient care based on feedback received during patient consultation or file review.

** What You'll Do:**

• Ensure excellent patient experience and locate merchandise on the sales floor.
• Establish and develop strong working relationships with Professional Services District Manager and other stakeholders.
• Accept prescriptions and refill requests from customers, doctors, or hospitals.
• Ensure prescriptions are filled accurately, efficiently, and safely; counsel patients on pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure proper storage of pharmaceutical products.
• Follow Walmart's SOPs and best practices.
• Operate pharmacy equipment (register, computer systems, etc.).
• Protect patient privacy and follow provincial regulations.
• Ensure patients receive eligible services (medication reviews, injections, etc.) to meet their needs.
• Maintain pharmacy hours as posted.
• Assist in executing business plans with the Pharmacy Manager to meet corporate goals.

* Minimum Qualifications:

• Age: 16 or older
• License:
  Pharmacist License (secondary permit in Alberta:  - Additional Prescribing Authorization)
