As we continue this period of significant growth, capital investment, and operational revitalization, we are seeking an exceptional VPFinance & Controller to help lead Wabi into its next century of innovation.

This is a senior leadership role with real strategic impact, responsible for driving financial excellence, supporting major capital project execution,overseeing reporting and compliance, and shaping the financial trajectory of arapidly growing industrial company.

As VP Finance & Controller, you will oversee Wabi’s full financial function, lead the accounting team, and partner closely with operations, engineering, lenders, and government funding bodies.

You will ensure financial discipline, drive decision-making through strong analytics, and help execute the multi-phase Foundry ’29modernization program.

• Leadand oversee all accounting functions, including AR/AP, payroll, general ledger, and month-end close
• Produceaccurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for internal and external stakeholders
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and detailed variance analysis
• Evaluate and support major Cap Ex projects, government-funded initiatives, andmulti-stage capital planning
• Enhance internal controls and ensure full GAAP compliance
• Liaise with lenders, auditors, government funding partners, tax advisors, andother external parties
• Mentorand develop accounting and finance staff as the business continues toscale
• Partner with operations to optimize cost accounting, inventory management, and production-driven financial performance
• Provide financial insights to guide automation, modernization, and operational improvements

• CPA designation required
• Minimum5 years of finance leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, capital project accounting, and ERP systems
• Demonstratedability to lead teams and collaborate cross-functionally
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Abilityto thrive in a dynamic, high-growth, project-driven environment
