Wound Care Nurse

Position: Wound Care Nurse - Full Time & Part Time

In this role as a Visiting Nurse (RN or RPN), you will deliver exceptional care to patients while leveraging your expertise in wound management and IV therapies. Your ability to think critically and problem-solve will enhance patient experiences and outcomes in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert wound care management for clients

• Administer IV therapies including antibiotics and cannulation

• Collaborate with HCCSS (LHIN) for client updates

• Support clients within educational settings if required

• Maintain detailed records and order necessary supplies

Requirements:

• Two years’ experience in community or clinical settings

• RN or RPN certification issued by CNO

• CPR/AED Level C and First Aid certification

• Ability to work weekends and be on-call

• Strong organizational and communication skills
