Position: Full-Time Senior Brain Injury Worker
Make a difference as a Full-Time Senior Brain Injury Rehabilitation Worker in New Liskeard, ON. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support clients and manage cases effectively.

This role requires a dedicated professional with 2-5 years of experience in social services or health sectors. You'll be managing a caseload of nine clients and implementing care programs geared towards effective community support services. Your daily responsibilities include report writing and collaborating with the Rehabilitation Support Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement programs for efficient client support

• Manage a caseload of 9 clients weekly

• Collaborate on report writing and individual plans

• Provide cognitive strategies to enhance client goals

• Travel within the region daily to meet clients

Requirements:

• 2-5 years in social services working with brain injuries

• Two years of post-secondary education

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Knowledge of behaviour management principles

• Valid driver’s license and insurance liability
