Join Soraban, a company building AI tax workflow automation software for modern accounting firms. We are looking for experienced tax accountants to improve our product and provide feedback on our AI‑driven platform.

$90,000/yr - $180,000/yr

• Help train our proprietary AI model by providing product feedback and conducting R&D work.
• Test end‑to‑end tax workflow, including client intake, data collection, document handling, preparation, review, delivery, and filing.
• Simulate real‑world scenarios from mid‑market or large tax firms and identify workflow gaps, inefficiencies, and edge cases.
• Document findings and provide structured, actionable feedback to improve usability and accuracy.

• Strong background in tax preparation within mid‑market or large tax accounting firms (50+ employees).
• Deep understanding of the entire tax filing lifecycle: client onboarding, document handling, tax preparation and review, delivery, and filing with federal and state authorities.
• Hands‑on experience with CCH Axcess or Pro System fx.
• Experience across the full tax lifecycle and ability to identify workflow gaps.
• Ability to provide structured, detailed feedback on system behavior.

• CPA or EA license.
• Experience working for more than one CPA firm.
• Familiarity with evaluating other tax/audit/accounting automation solutions.
