We’re hiring a Staff Accountant who’s ready to roll up their sleeves (yep, we said it) and help keep our financial systems sharp, our records clean, and our team audit-ready. If you’re detail-driven, Excel-savvy, and motivated by doing things the right way — this might be your next great move.

What You’ll Do

• Record daily transactions and sales across our retail and wholesale operations
• Process accounts payable and receivable with speed and accuracy
• Reconcile bank statements and prepare monthly financial reports
• Support audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations
• Organize and maintain financial records and documentation
• Collaborate with senior accountants to support month-end and year-end closings
• Assist in tracking budgets and creating expense reports

What You’ll Bring

• At least 1 year of experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, accounts payable/receivable specialist, or in a similar finance-related role
• Quick Books or comparable accounting software experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and budget tracking
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and financial documentation tools
• Experience in retail or cannabis industry is a plus
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the cannabis industry

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card (if required)
• Must be able to sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
