Controller, Accounting, Accounting Manager

Role: Controller (Head of Accounting)
Location: Tempe, AZ (On-site, 5 days a week)
Reports to: Group CFO

The company is looking for a dynamic individual who can take charge of the accounting team and processes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing GL accounting and overseeing the book-closing process.
• Working in a high-demand environment requiring prioritization and stakeholder management.
• Collaborating with technology teams to ensure smooth accounting processes.
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and addressing any inconsistencies.
• Auditing and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.

  Experience:
  
  Strong foundation in public accounting preferred, with longevity and growth in previous roles.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficiency in Net Suite ERP; capable of generating and analyzing reports (e.g., AP turn, billing efficiency, etc.).
• Attributes:

  • Self-audit capability and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative and dynamic personality to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize stakeholder demands.

• Base Salary: $150K–$170K (DOE)
• Equity Potential: Possible, though not guaranteed.
