• Manage daily accounting operations, month-end close, and financial reporting in compliance with GAAP.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in coordination with department heads.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with audit and tax requirements.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, promoting a culture of accuracy and accountability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance financial visibility and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor’s in Accounting required
• Full Cycle Accounting experience required
• Advertising Industry experience is a plus
