Fractional Controller

Vaco has partnered with a growing company that is seeking additional accounting leadership support. As a result, they are seeking an experienced Fractional Controller with strong full-cycle accounting and financial reporting expertise.

Location:

Mesa, AZ (Onsite near I-10 & Southern)

Pay Rate: $30-$38/hour

Start Date:

ASAP

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage full-cycle accounting operations for a $20M revenue organization
• Prepare and review monthly and periodic financial statements
• Perform account and bank reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll activities
• Partner with leadership and serve as a key accounting resource alongside the existing Controller

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, or Accounting Manager
• Strong background in full-cycle accounting and month-end close
• Experience preparing financial statements and performing reconciliations
• Knowledge of AP, AR, payroll, and general accounting operations
• Experience with Sage accounting software preferred
