Chapman Chevrolet is seeking a friendly and professional Part‑Time Receptionist to join our team! This position offers the opportunity to work 2‑3 days per week, providing exceptional customer service to our guests while supporting our sales and business office teams with essential clerical tasks. As the first point of contact for our dealership, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and positive experience for every visitor.

pay range

$16.50/hr - $16.50/hr

Core Responsibilities
  • Manage a multi‑line phone system and direct customer calls to the proper department, communicating with customers in a professional, warm, and empathetic manner.
  • Greet customers as they enter the dealership and provide information, or direct them to the appropriate staff member for further assistance.
  • Assist management with various clerical duties.
Desired Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience in a related customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills including phone and email etiquette.
  • Basic computer skills including typing, data entry and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multi‑task efficiently with strong attention to detail.
  • Must pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screen.
Hours and Work Environment

This onsite position working in the dealership showroom. Schedule is Thursday, Friday, every other Wednesday from 8am‑3pm, and an occasional Saturday as needed to assist with coverage for time off requests.
