Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.

Summary:
Supports and instructs those served by the department with complex queries, applies specialized knowledge of multiple standards, policies and procedures, and maintains accurate and detailed records.
Responsibilities- Executive Support: Manages daily business affairs for multiple executives, including intricate scheduling and maintenance of their calendar.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinates and schedules meetings, ensuring all necessary parties are engaged and informed.
- Travel Management: Coordinates and arranges business travel, including itineraries and logistics.
- Confidential Materials: Compiles, prepares, and handles confidential and sensitive materials with the utmost discretion.
- Project and Event Coordination: Coordinates a wide range of projects and special events, ensuring successful execution from start to finish.
- Supervisory: May supervise daily workflow of support staff and student workers, in coordination with the Executive Assistant to the Dean.
- Special Assignments: Performs a variety of special assignments and tasks as directed.
- Knowledge of ASU academic procedures and organizational structure.
- Skilled in developing and maintaining effective working relationships with diverse groups.
- Experience coordinating and organizing meetings and special events.
- Experience composing and editing written and presentation materials.
- Knowledge of management and supervisory principles and practices.
- Experience making administrative and procedural decisions and judgments on sensitive, confidential issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Suite, Dropbox, and shared drives.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
- Strong command of English composition, grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Position is located in-person on ASU’s Tempe campus;
Monday-Friday (not hybrid). - Activities performed in an environmentally controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting, keyboarding, and manipulating a computer mouse.
- Bending, reaching, lifting, pushing and pulling up to 25 pounds.
