About the Role

We're seeking an Executive Assistant who thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. You'll serve as the organizational backbone for our executive team - managing calendars, communications, and special projects with professionalism and heart.

This is a role for someone who loves solving problems, keeping people aligned, and creating order from chaos. You'll be instrumental in helping our leadership stay focused on what matters most: guiding Dupper Landscape's mission and growth.

What You'll Do
  • Be the right hand to executive leadership - manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel while anticipating needs before they arise.
  • Own organization and flow - maintain electronic filing systems, manage confidential information, and prepare accurate reports and documents.
  • Support communication - draft correspondence, prepare presentations, and represent executives with clarity and professionalism.
  • Facilitate projects - coordinate across departments to track deliverables, manage logistics, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Plan and execute events - assist in organizing company meetings, team gatherings, and events that foster culture and connection.
  • Keep operations running smoothly - oversee administrative details such as supplies, vendor coordination, and system upkeep.
What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years of administrative or executive support experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and an obsession for detail - you can manage multiple priorities without missing a beat.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to interact confidently across all levels of the organization.
  • Tech fluency - comfortable with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management or CRM tools (e.g., Asana, Hub Spot, ).
  • High integrity and discretion - you handle confidential information with care and professionalism.
  • A collaborative spirit - you bring positive energy, adaptability, and a service mindset to every interaction.
  • (Preferred) Experience in construction, landscape, or other project-based industries.
  • (Bonus) Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Why You'll Love Working Here
  • Be part of a purpose-driven company that's shaping outdoor spaces with impact and intention.
  • Work with a leadership team that values collaboration, trust, and personal growth.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, 401(k), and paid time off.
  • Opportunities to develop professionally as we grow and expand into new markets.
  • A flexible, supportive work environment where your ideas and contributions truly matter.
