Scheduling Coordinator

As a Field Staff Coordinator, you’ll keep day-to-day field coverage organized and responsive, ensuring clients receive timely in-home care. You will build and maintain schedules, confirm assignments, and update changes quickly and accurately. This role also includes coordinating communications between the office and field team, tracking coverage needs, and maintaining clear documentation in Homecare Homebase.

• Strong scheduling and coordination skills in a fast-paced setting
• Working knowledge of Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
• Clear, professional communication and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and follow established processes

Your day starts by reviewing the schedule for the week and noting any overnight updates. Throughout the morning, you’ll monitor confirmations and adjust for last-minute changes while keeping records current in the system. Midday often involves coordinating updates across phone, email, and internal messages so everyone has the latest information. In the afternoon, you’ll reconcile open items, prepare for the next day’s coverage, and close out documentation so the team begins the following morning with a clear plan.
