Job Overview

The Porter complements quality repairs by cleaning customer vehicles prior to delivery and maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of shop and office facilities.
Key Job Responsibilities- Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
- Maintain daily housekeeping of the office interior—emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, dusting countertops and work areas.
- Maintain daily housekeeping of the production area—emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and storing tools and equipment properly.
- Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary.
- Pre‑wash customer vehicles before repairs begin.
- Clean exterior and interior of customer vehicles after repairs are complete.
- Transport customer vehicles to sub‑let locations for repairs.
- High School diploma / GED preferred.
- Ability to multitask.
- Automotive experience preferred.
- Clear close vision required.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Customer service abilities.
- Positive attitude.
- Trustworthy and reliable.
- Willingness to learn.
- Pulling / pushing, carrying.
- Walking 5+.
- Sitting.
- Standing 5+.
- Stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling 1+.
- Operate a motor vehicle.
- Lift up to 50 pounds.
- Withstand exposure to working near moving mechanical parts.

CompensationHourly: $15 – $19 per hour.
