The Porter complements quality repairs by cleaning customer vehicles prior to delivery and maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of shop and office facilities.

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the office interior—emptying garbage cans, cleaning floors, dusting countertops and work areas.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the production area—emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and storing tools and equipment properly.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary.
• Pre‑wash customer vehicles before repairs begin.
• Clean exterior and interior of customer vehicles after repairs are complete.
• Transport customer vehicles to sub‑let locations for repairs.

• High School diploma / GED preferred.
• Ability to multitask.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Clear close vision required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Customer service abilities.
• Positive attitude.
• Trustworthy and reliable.
• Willingness to learn.

• Pulling / pushing, carrying.
• Walking 5+.
• Sitting.
• Standing 5+.
• Stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling 1+.
• Operate a motor vehicle.

• Withstand exposure to working near moving mechanical parts.

Hourly: $15 – $19 per hour.
