Imagine Your Impact .The Executive Assistant supports the Senior Vice President of Sales by managing day-to-day administrative operations, enabling greater focus on strategic priorities, customer engagements, and team leadership. This role ensures seamless coordination of schedules, travel, and communications for the VP of Sales, as well as supporting operational processes across the Sales organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, meticulous , highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Position Information :
This is a regular , full-time position , reporting to the Senior Vice President, Sales .
Compensation :
Base pay is anticipated to be between $ 56,685.00 and punishment 65,000. 00 per year. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, featured skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.

This is a US
-based position located at our Tempe, AZ headquarters. To be considered, candidates must be able to work on-site in our Tempe office three days per week, and occasionally up to five.
Travel: You can expect up to approximately 10% travel to support national sales meetings.

Envision Your Experience .
In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Manage calendar and scheduling for the SVP of Sales, ensuring efficient use of time and proactive resolution of conflicts.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda creation, preparation of materials輸和 timely follow-ups.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for the SVP, maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and exceptional judgment.
- Plan, book, and optimize travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, transportation, and event registration.
