Talent Acquisition Specialist

Numbers tell a story, and at Consulting Solutions LLC we need a Talent Acquisition Specialist fluent enough in Compensation and Benefits to read it out loud for the whole room. At Consulting Solutions LLC the $59,000 - $88,000 matters, sure, but so does owning the business outcome with 3 years of HR Compliance behind it.

• Decide what a mid-level role should own and where the seams go
• Pressure-test new market entries before Consulting Solutions LLC commits real budget
• Set the documentation-first operational standards that keep Consulting Solutions LLC running smoothly
• Analyze customer and sales data to surface actionable trends
• Spot the bottleneck nobody mentions in the standup and unclog it

• A knack for Continuous Learning that colleagues quietly come to rely on
• Knowledge of AZ-specific regulations relevant to business work
• Cross-functional ease, from Compensation and Benefits engineers to Employer Branding marketers
• A steady hand when three priorities all claim to be number one

Consulting Solutions LLC exists for one stubborn reason: the business tools everyone settled for were never good enough, so we rebuilt them from Tempe, AZ. We'd rather coach a quietly-relentless learner than babysit a brilliant jerk, every single time.

Money matters, so we lead with $59,000 - $88,000; then come the wellness perks, the Cross-Functional Collaboration training, and hours you actually control.

This Tempe, AZ role just got a fresh timestamp, and applications are flowing in.
