Lead Concrete Superintendent

A top ENR commercial builder in the Phoenix market is growing and adding a Lead Concrete Superintendent to oversee major self‑perform operations throughout the Valley. This is a high‑impact role for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments and takes pride in building quality work with strong teams.

• Ground‑up commercial projects utilizing both vertical and horizontal forming systems
• Day‑to‑day field direction of self‑perform concrete crews
• Coordination with project teams to keep schedules, safety, and quality on track
• Planning and sequencing work using industry‑standard technology

• ~10+ years of experience managing self‑perform concrete on commercial projects
• Strong background with v ertical & horizontal formwork (must‑have)
• Proficiency with P6, Excel, Bluebeam, and Procore
• Proven ability to lead crews, communicate with stakeholders, and maintain high standards of execution
