Ledcor is seeking experienced Civil Construction Laborers to join our growing team for telecom shelter construction across Arizona and surrounding states, with travel every four weeks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using grade lasers, measuring tools, and grade stakes, and will perform outdoor labor in varying weather while staying reliable and safety‑minded.
