E&E Exhibit Solutions is a large format printing studio specializing in production of retail and commercial signage. From wall murals to trade show displays, E&E offers custom solutions for all graphics and signage needs. Typical projects include event graphics, tradeshow display graphics, and banners. This position offers an exciting no-two-days-alike work environment and allows for unique and creative approaches to signage.

We are a family-owned and operated business looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team.

Seeking a dependable full-time Large Format Print Production Technician who is flexible, a multi-tasker with a great attitude, a strong work ethic and has great communication skills.

The Production Technician responsibilities include graphic design, printing, hands‑on production and basic installations, while managing the overall production needs of the studio.

• Minimum 2 years hands‑on experience with large format printers, laminators and plotters
• Minimum 1 year experience with RIP software programs such as Versa works, ONYX or Caldera
• Demonstrated expertise with ADOBE Creative Suites (specifically Illustrator and Photoshop) for design, customer file manipulation, and print file setup
• Equipment Maintenance (Printers and Computers)
• Troubleshoot problems
• Work with equipment vendors (Canon, HP, etc.)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid AZ Driver’s License
