Customer Lending Representative

The Customer Lending Representative (CLR) is responsible for engaging with potential borrowers who are exploring home purchase or refinance options. This role serves as the first point of contact for prospects, conducting high-volume outreach, qualifying leads, and connecting interested borrowers with licensed Loan Officers. The ideal candidate is energetic, resilient, and thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to connect with prospective borrowers
• Follow a structured call script to understand borrower goals and determine eligibility
• Ask qualifying questions to identify high-intent prospects for mortgage purchase or refinance needs
• Build rapport with potential borrowers to establish trust and professionalism
• Schedule appointments and transfer qualified prospects to licensed Loan Officers in real time
• Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely notes within CRM systems
• Organize daily call lists, follow-ups, and call-back schedules
