Customer Service Rep, Call Center / Support
An employer of Insight Global is looking for onsite inbound Customer Service Representatives to sit in the corporate location in Tempe, AZ, full time. This group will be part of a healthcare company and must have experience in a high call volume call center. The role will receive approximately 80 inbound calls a day from customers, doctors, insurance providers, and others related to the healthcare company, assisting with questions, technical issues, and guiding through documentation uploads.
We are seeking strong customer service skills to support patients during challenging times, with responsibilities including data entry and claims processing. Representatives should be empathetic, patient, and understanding as they interact with multiple patients.
Training : 3-4 weeks
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8am - 4:30pm PDT/MST
- Weekly quizzes are part of the 4-week training program.
Shifts :
5-day workweeks between Monday and Sunday, with shifts from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM MST, including holidays.
- This position is fully onsite with no remote work options.
- All necessary equipment will be provided.

Required Skills & Experience
- This position is onsite full-time in Tempe, AZ.
- 1-3+ years of recent inbound call center experience in customer service.
- Experience supporting 60-80 calls daily in a high-volume environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with three computer screens (two monitors and one laptop).
- Knowledge of performance metrics such as Average Handle Time, Calls Per Hour, First Call Resolution, Call Quality, Schedule Adherence, Attendance, and Punctuality.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Previous healthcare industry experience is a plus.
