Customer Service Representative

This position offers a remote schedule assisting our local Account Managers.

Put your motivation, energy, and service-driven mindset into a Customer Service Representative role with our Joe Morten & Son agency. Your professionalism and ability to adapt and problem solve will serve you well in this position where you will partner with agents and insureds to support complex accounts in the trucking industry.

In this role, you will provide office and sales assistance by responding to requests for information, services, quotes, permits, authority, and licensing. Hours:

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptable with a desire to learn and grow.
• Customer service, administrative, or insurance experience preferred.
• Ability to utilize computer software. Experience with Applied Epic Agency Management System is a plus!
• Must obtain and maintain a P&C license within the first 90 days of employment.
