Base Salary $21.50/hour + performance-based bonus opportunities

What You’ll Do
You’ll proactively connect with individuals and small business owners who may need support during tax season. Through thoughtful outbound conversations, you’ll create a personalized, white-glove customer experience by listening closely, understanding each customer’s needs, answering general product and tax-support questions, and guiding them toward the appropriate next step, including connecting them with a qualified tax expert when needed.
During a Typical Day, You’ll
Conduct proactive outbound outreach to customers through phone and supported digital channels
Engage individuals and small business owners with active listening and thoughtful questions to understand their tax preparation and product support needs
Assess each customer’s situation and guide them to the appropriate support pathway, including self-service options or a qualified tax professional
Clearly explain available products, services, and support options using a service-first approach
Deliver high-touch, personalized support while navigating multiple systems and documenting customer needs, outcomes, and any follow-up required
Meet quality, customer satisfaction, responsiveness, and productivity expectations while maintaining a professional concierge-style experience
What You Bring to the Role
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of customer service, hospitality, financial services, or contact center experience
Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, response, and problem-solving skills
Ability to build trust through proactive outreach, understand customer situations, provide personalized guidance, and work across multiple applications and systems
Ability to work onsite in Tempe, Arizona on a full-time schedule, including seasonal adjustments based on business needs
