Responsibilities and Duties Range Traffic Control (65%) The incumbent is responsible for maintaining the orderly check-in of customers in and out of the range. This will include inbound phone calls and reservation coordination with the lanes; accurate accounting of the different forms of tender and ensuring customers entering the range have the proper safety equipment.
Customer Service (25%) Support customers with general questions about the range, pricing, basic offerings of the business.
Administration (10%) The incumbent will be responsible for regular ammunition counts of range ammunition, class signups and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills Customer service experience required
Able to lift 50 pounds while standing
Able to stand for long periods of time
Able to type on a computer for long periods of time
