Great practice opportunity for an Independent Doctor of Optometry. You operate the Doctor’s office as your private independent practice while providing high quality optometric care and services to your patients next to an optical dispensary operated by Luxottica. The professional fee schedule is yours to decide and you keep the associated patient revenues for professional services that you deliver.

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to patients in an independent practice setting adjacent to a Luxottica optical dispensary.
• Determine and manage your own professional fee schedule and retain related patient revenues for professional services rendered.
• Operate your practice with autonomy and set your own schedule in alignment with patient care needs.
• Collaborate with Luxottica’s support resources, including brand onboarding and stationing needs as applicable.

• Licensed Doctor of Optometry eligible to practice in Tempe, AZ.
• Ability to operate an independent practice with professional autonomy and responsibility for patient care.

Employee pay is determined by factors such as geography, experience, qualifications, and local minimum wage requirements.
