• Establish and maintain a supportive environment aligned with the mission and vision of the employer
• Facilitate the student learning experience by administering the Charis curriculum
• Ensure adherence to course schedules and guidelines while managing the assigned budget
• Host Charis instructors and lead discussion groups as needed
• Participate in planning and implementing the campus's long- and short-term goals

• Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
• High school diploma or equivalent education required;
  Associate Degree or higher preferred
• Minimum of two years of demonstrated administrative skills
• Proven ministry experience of two years or more
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of students and staff

• Graduate of Charis Bible School or completion of Charis Intern program
• Strong leadership skills that promote honor, faith, dedication, creativity, and growth
• Experience in working within multi-ethnic and multi-cultural environments
• Familiarity with Charis curriculum and instructional programs
• Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
