A leading training provider is seeking a Quality Training Specialist in Tempe, Arizona. The successful candidate will develop and evaluate trade-related training programs for staff within the IES teams. They will lead classroom training sessions and assess employee performance rigorously. Candidates should possess extensive project management experience and be certified trainers. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a minimum of five years in a relevant field.

Competitive salary from $80,000 to $90,000 is offered.
