Position: Low Voltage BIM Operator REMOTE - Must have 5 years of REVIT and Navisworks

This is a remote opportunity. You must have 4–5 years of Revit experience as well as low voltage experience.

Job Summary

The BIM Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of BIM projects.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Take a project from start to finish: design the system, model and coordinate the model.
  • Oversee and track installation progress in accordance with the model and complete a full as‑built deliverable.
  • Meet with clients (existing and potential), contractors and other project staff.
  • Act as the company liaison for interface with customer representatives.
  • Promote the company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients and business partners.
  • Help create, develop and implement project process improvement(s).
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Salary:
Min USD $25.00 per year. Max USD $36.00 per year.

Qualifications
  • Must possess at least a high school diploma or GED equivalency. Associate’s Degree preferred.
  • Must have at least one year of professional experience as a BIM coordinator, detailer or modeler.
  • Must have one year of professional experience that demonstrates usage of computer aided design software. AutoCAD and Revit experience and proficiency required. Visio and Navisworks experience is a plus.
  • Must have proven skill level to interpret blueprints and other project documents, including specifications, reporting and quality requirements.
  • Must meet company minimum driving standards.
  • Must possess proven problem‑solving skills, critical‑thinking skills and the ability to effectively read, write and give oral presentations.
Physical and Mental Requirements
  • Self‑motivated, positive in approach, professional and able to help create, develop and implement project process improvements.
  • Must be able to work at heights, off a ladder and in confined spaces.
  • Must have the mental capacity to understand and apply job‑related concepts, technologies, instructions, procedures, computer and software operations, input data and create/annotate drawings with a very high degree of accuracy on a consistent basis with high throughput and minimum supervision.
