We are looking for a driven and curious Structural Design Technician to provide leadership and support our Built Environment team.
As a key member of our Advanced Manufacturing team, you’ll grow your skills and join a collaborative team providing award‑winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design‑build project delivery for state‑of‑the‑art structures. You’ll work closely with clients and construction trade partners developing design concepts, creating models from scratch, and coordinating designs with existing conditions and other disciplines. You’ll convey structural requirements to the construction team through 2D paper deliverables and/or BIM 3D Revit models.
You’ll also have the chance to provide leadership for a small project with a team of designers, establishing project standards, procedures, training, developing your team, and building and maintaining team morale.
Base Pay Range$61,100.00/yr – $84,000.00/yr
What you'll need- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 5 years drafting/design experience in the structural field
- At least 1 year of Revit experience
- At least 3 years of AutoCAD design experience
- At least 2 years of Revit experience
- Experience working on traditional steel and concrete structures
- Experience leading a team of Designers
- Experience with healthcare / institutional / commercial buildings
- Experience with Navisworks and Bluebeam
