EMCOR Mechanical Services has an opportunity for a Sales Administrator in Tempe, AZ or Norristown PA. Ability to travel up to 15% is required. This is a hybrid role.
This role provides comprehensive support to the national EMS HVAC program manager, and sales team ensuring disciplined process execution, to increase sales opportunities and to successfully transition accounts to the operations team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Ensure process execution of the account management process and activities
- Provide accurate,timely support to the sales team or other sales team members to ensure comprehensive synchronization of account management planning.
- Provideexpertisein the national HVAC sales process and all necessary documents.
- Assist sales team memberswithupdating
Microsoft Dynamics CMMS. - Effectively create, analyze,and provide reports through
Microsoft Dynamics. - Participate in and managemeetingsas necessary.
- Provide proposal development support to RFPresponsesor RFQ requests related to maintenance or project opportunities.
- Provide scope development for maintenance sales team members
- Collaborate with internal and external individuals to gather information for customer bids, quoted work,and projects.
- Effectively engage with vendors as needed to gather costs for services needed to complete proposals.
- Develop and compile bidtermsrelated to the maintenance being quoted.
- Complete project binders or materials needed for client presentations.
- Amend, adjust, change scopes, bid terms, presentation documents, etc. asrequiredorrequested.
- Effectively interact with fellow Sales Team members and other departments
- Attend product and sales training events as required.
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years’ experience working in administrative support at a construction/HVAC/building automation company
- Advanced Excel and MS Office skills required.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CMMS preferred
- Self-Motivated and dependable
- Exceptional organizational,attention to detail, andtime management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication and Interpersonal skills
- Able to effectively present and analyze data
- Abilityto multitask and prioritize across several competing deadlines.
