Industrial Power Solutions (IPS) is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in delivering large-scale industrial electrical projects. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in electrical construction who is ready to take the next step toward becoming a Project Manager.

Work alongside experienced Project Managers and gain hands‑on experience in all aspects of project delivery.

Develop expertise in scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and client relations while building leadership skills.

Contribute to complex, high‑profile projects in industries like mining, water/wastewater, manufacturing, and energy.

IPS invests in training and mentorship to prepare you for future leadership roles.

Coordinate project schedules, deliverables, and resources to keep work on track.

Manage submittals, RFIs, and project documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.

Support procurement, vendor communications, and material tracking.

Collaborate with field teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor budgets and timelines, assisting in problem‑solving when challenges arise.

Experience in electrical construction or industrial projects (field or office).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills in fast‑paced environments.

Clear communication and relationship‑building abilities.
