• Take ownership of the schedule and technical quality of your assigned tasks.
• Learn client expectations, scope, budget, and schedule—and communicate design changes promptly.
• Produce installation details, single‑line diagrams, electrical room layouts, grounding, lighting, and power plans.
• Provide on‑site assistance during startup and coordinate activities across disciplines.
• Apply your knowledge of electrical engineering principles while building expertise in company processes and client standards.

• Expanded knowledge in electrical engineering and eagerness to grow into higher‑level responsibilities.
• Ability to solve problems using established procedures and collaborate effectively with discipline leads.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and electrical design standards is a plus.

• Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
• At least 3 years of building electrical systems engineeringexperience
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work onsite (hybrid) in Tempe, AZ

• Working knowledge of Revit or BIM software
• Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas
• Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multidisciplinary teams
