This role isn't about oversight-it's about ownership. You'll set the technical standard, develop engineering leaders, and drive delivery with clarity and confidence. What You'll Do- Set technical direction and lead a high-performing team
- Ensure design quality that's code-compliant, constructible, and future-ready
- Mentor engineering leaders and cultivate a high-accountability culture
- Partner with PMs and clients to deliver on time and with precision
- Drive innovation across workflows, tools, and sustainable design practices
- 15+ years in MEP related engineering AND 8+ in technical leadership required
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Strong command of complex systems, design standards, and tools like Revit
- A track record of growing teams and delivering at scale
- Bonus: commissioning, sustainability, or digital ops experience
