Solestial is pioneering space-based solar power technologies and is seeking a Laser Process Engineer to develop and scale laser-based manufacturing for solar cells and modules. You will work with the Principal Laser Engineer to deploy laser processing tech while troubleshooting and driving continuous improvement across development and production environments.
You will run experiments, design laser tooling in CAD, and help automate equipment sequences, bridging R&D and production.
