Chase Fellowship Program
Offers a five‑week paid, full‑time summer fellowship held in select JPMorgan
Chase offices. Designed to attract undergraduate sophomores who are interested in early exposure to financial services careers and committed to the advancement of individuals from underrepresented groups in this industry. Seeking sophomore students, including, without limitation, Black, Hispanic and Latino students, who are interested in exploring career opportunities amic individuals from diverse backgrounds and perspectives are welcome to apply.
As a Summer Fellow, you will receive an introduction to financial services and the firm, exposure to senior leaders, and insight into how diverse backgrounds and perspectives can positively impact the future of people’s lives, the firm and the industry.
The opportunity includes hands‑on experience, a project‑based curriculum, and a pathway to future employment. Successful completion of the Fellowship Program makes you eligible for a 2027 Summer Internship offer, an important step toward securing full‑time employment with the firm.
The program begins with a one‑week training and orientation onsite at one of the firm’s locations. Fellows then report to the designated site for their specific line of business track.
Job responsibilities- Proactively engage in learning opportunities to gain a comprehensive understanding of the firm’s businesses, clients and customers.
- Actively pursue opportunities to enhance your professional development skills, including attending training sessions and engaging with mentors.
- Prepare and present a curriculum‑based project to an audience of senior stakeholders.
- Sophomore standing (expected graduation date of December 2027 through Summer 2028)
- Attends college/university in the U.S. (all majors considered) in good standing
- Demonstrates a significant commitment to diversity, opportunity and inclusion through, for example, campus activities, community service work, and/or related leadership activity
- Possesses a strong interest in developing professional skills for future opportunities in financial services
- Preferred minimum cumulative GPA of at least 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. No employment‑based immigration sponsorship or assistance for other forms of sponsorship (OPT, CPT) is offered.

The mission of the Financial Advisor Development Program Track is to cultivate an inclusive community of Investment Professionals committed to the highest standards of excellence in client service. As a Fellow you will have the opportunity to enhance your investment, business knowledge, and professional skills. The curriculum will provide a deep understanding of service & administration and national branch, with exposure to other areas of J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
You will have access to professional and leadership training, networking opportunities, a developmental coach, and a financial advisor mentor.
- Explore the Financial Advisor Role: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the responsibilities and impact of a Financial Advisor, focusing on client relationship management and strategic financial planning.
- Enhance Investment Knowledge: Deepen your expertise in investment strategies and market analysis, equipping you with the skills needed to provide informed advice.
- Service & Administration Mastery: Develop an understanding of service operations and administrative functions essential to supporting client needs effectively.
