This role brings a newly opened position for New Client Investment Specialist, focusing on providing an exceptional client experience and driving business development for newest J.P. Morgan Wealth Management clients.
Responsibilities- Leverage a holistic, goals‑based approach to help clients and prospects uncover investment needs, while focused on delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Take a proactive approach to identifying solutions, acting as the primary channel for client direction.
- Possess an entrepreneurial business spirit with a sense of urgency to get the client directed to the right channel.
- A valid and active Series 7
- A valid and active Series 63
- Solid understanding of financial markets and ability to simplify complex financial concepts while building rapport with clients.
- A solution‑oriented mindset to work toward best possible outcomes for personalized client goals.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining strict attention to detail and client focus.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of relevant financial services or brokerage relationship building experience.
- Must be able to work onsite Monday through Friday from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm during training and/or licensing. Following training, transition to a hybrid environment, where team members work in the office three days a week and work remote two days.
- Department is open the following hours:
Monday-Friday 8 AM – 9 PM EST, Saturday 8 AM – 5 PM EST. Working hours for this role may fall into any of the department operating hours; candidate may be required to work non‑standard schedule (e.g., four 10‑hour days vs. five 8‑hour days).
