Pay Range: $24

• Evaluate and process credit applications in accordance with Sheffield and Truist policies.
• Underwrite applications using fraud detection protocols, override rules, and OEM-specific promotions.
• Ensure accurate entry of personal and dealer information into internal systems.
• Make credit decisions within SLA timelines or request additional documentation as needed.
• Respond to dealer and customer inquiries regarding underwriting, promotions, policies, and procedures.
• Distribute program materials to dealers to support relationship development.
• Execute dealer engagement initiatives via tele-consulting, meetings, and open houses.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financed products and MSRP values.
• Support cross-functional initiatives while adhering to separation of duties principles.
• Assist in fraud management and BSA/AML risk mitigation by following approved policies.
• Document underwriting decisions with appropriate mitigating factors per scorecard guidelines.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible work schedule availability

• Bachelor’s degree
• Customer service experience
• Strong decision-making and organizational skills
• Experience in retail finance, particularly in the indirect lending space
• Advanced computer proficiency (MS Office, Windows 10, etc.)
• Proven problem-solving abilities
