Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Seniors Caregiver to provide essential support to seniors in their own homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients while ensuring their safety and comfort. This role requires a blend of caregiving skills, empathy, and the ability to manage various tasks related to daily living.

Responsibilities

1. Primary care will be Personal hygiene care like Brushing teeth, Sponge Bathing in Bed, Incontinence care, Dressing & Grooming, Monitoring skin for bed sores, Changing sides after sometime, Feeding, Medication Reminders, Changing his Bed sheets and making bed.
2. Companionship care including Light Physical Exercises in Bed, Put some Music for client, watching TV (CNN, Physical exercises videos, Music, etc.)
3. IADL's - Light Housekeeping, Laundry & folding clothes, Help with Meal Preparation, Doing dishes in the kitchen, etc.

Experience

• Previous experience in home health care in caregiving.
• Experience in cooking and meal preparation tailored to individual dietary needs is beneficial.
• A compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills is essential for building trust with clients.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour.

Expected hours: 28/wk
