Join WTW as a Health and Benefits Senior Associate and help clients design and manage comprehensive health and benefits programs.
Responsibilities- Lead project management, monitor progress against objectives, budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Serve as day‑to‑day contact for clients and proactively advise them on best practices.
- Assist in benefit plan analysis, design, cost‑saving initiatives, and funding strategies.
- Engage specialist resources and subject‑matter experts in health, disability, pharmacy, analytics, and compliance.
- Support new business generation through prospecting and collaboration with the broader team.
- Build internal relationships and collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams.
- Mentor junior colleagues.
- 6+ years of experience in designing/managing health and welfare plans in a consulting, brokerage, carrier, or vendor environment.
- Desire and ability to expand relationships with current clients.
- Polished oral and written communication skills.
- Self‑starter attitude with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and proven problem‑solving skills.
- Strong analytical, creative, and integrative skills.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
- State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining.
- CEBS designation, or health and welfare actuarial or underwriting training preferred.
