** Job Description
***
* Summary:
** The PNOA Provider Data Management Coordinator relies on pre-established guidelines, sound judgment and decision-making to enter, maintain and clean up data in the Provider Module of the Precis database. The goal of this position is to ensure all elements pertaining to provider data are accurate, efficiently structured and up-to-date.
** Essential Duties and Responsibilities
** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Collects, reviews and inputs demographic data and provider contracts into the Precis database.
* Enters and reviews provider roster loads and adds/deletes/changes
* Validates existing data using judgment, existing knowledge and external research tools to make necessary corrections
* Verifies, researches and updates provider Tax n
* Works with Information Technology to get provider data in our system
* Maintains set-up and requests through the HMA, LLC Provider Portal
** Supervisory Responsibilities
** No supervisory responsibilities.
** Client Responsibilities
** This is an internal and external client facing position that requires excellent customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills (listening/verbal/written). One must be able to; manage difficult or emotional client situations;
Respond promptly to client needs;
Solicit client feedback to improve service;
Respond to requests for service and assistance from clients;
Meet commitments to clients.
** Qualifications

** Education and/or Experience
** High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) or equivalent. A minimum 1 year data validation experience. Health Plan or Health Care background preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
