This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Billing Specialist located in Tempe, AZ. The Billing Specialist will oversee the billing process, manage invoicing, handle client billing inquiries, and maintain accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions. Collaborating with the accounting team, the role will track outstanding payments, generate reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

• Proficiency in Billing Process and Client Billing within healthcare or pharmacy settings
• Experience in Invoicing and Accounting, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced environment with strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of relevant billing regulations and practices within the healthcare or pharmacy industries
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with billing software or pharmacy management systems is a plus (Sage)
