Billing Coordinator (Biller) - Hybrid

Crina Ial Technologies, Inc. is dedicated to researching, diagnosing, and treating plagiocephaly. We are searching for a full‑time Billing Coordinator (Biller) to join our Medical Billing and Claims team. The Biller prepares and submits claims (paper and electronic) to health insurers, inputs patient and service data into billing software, and supports clinics nationwide with patient charges.

• Preparing and submitting electronic and paper claims to healthcare insurance companies
• Accurately input patient and service data into billing software
• Provide internal support to our clinics nationwide regarding patient charges
• Maintain professional knowledge regarding medical billing and insurance carriers
• Ensure confidentiality of patient information and other sensitive data

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1‑2 years’ experience in billing and collecting
• High attention to detail required
• Investigative, curious and problem‑solving mindset
• Exceptional communication and human relations skills in working with people from different backgrounds
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi‑task
