* Summary:

** The
** Quality Assurance Pharmacist
** at Aspen RxHealth helps support the overall vision, goals, and objectives for pharmacist facing solutions. The in-house Quality Assurance Pharmacist functions primarily as a clinical quality assurance auditor and may have other duties from time to time such as completing telephonic clinical consultations.
** Essential Duties and Responsibilities
** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Audit consultations submitted by community pharmacists and provide clear, constructive, written feedback on established documents.
* Deliver patient-care opportunities when needed. Examples include but are not limited to:
Providing Medication Therapy Management consultations to patients or occasional telephonic outreach to prescribers, patients or pharmacies.
* Support quality monitoring and performance improvement of MTM-specific and overall, Aspen RxHealth system.
* Other duties as assigned.

** Qualifications

** Education and/or Experience
*** A minimum of 3
** years of experience as a licensed pharmacist
** is required, with a valid pharmacy license.
* Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited college/university.
** Computer Skills
*** To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
** Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
*** Active and current pharmacy license in any state required.
* Residency and Board certification preferred.
