A company is looking for a HIMS Technician to maintain and preserve confidential electronic health records remotely.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct routine releases of health information in compliance with policies and regulations
- Review and analyze health information for record completion and deficiencies
- Provide customer service related to HIMS functions to various stakeholders
- One or more years of post-high school education in medical records and information systems or equivalent experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written formats
- Strong technical skills in software applications and databases
- Knowledgeable in accessing and utilizing EHR systems
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
