** Join our team as a Part-Time Resident Services Coordinator at our Gracie's Village Community in Tempe, AZ!
**** What You'll Do:
*** Build meaningful relationships with residents and community partners to suppport resident success and well-being.
* Design, coordinate, and host resident programs and community events in partnership with local organizations.
* Provide one-on-one support to residents, connecting them with employment, education, and supportive services.
* Assess resident needs and interests to create relevant, impactful programming.
* Maintain accurate program documentation and reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with property management to promote housing stability and a positive community environment.
* Create and share monthly resident communications, including newsletters and calendars.
** What You'll Bring:
*** Bachelor’s degree in social work, sociology, psychology, counseling, or related field preferred.
* Minimum two years of similar experience, including but not limited to, Social Work, Social Services, Behavioral Health, or Non-Profit.
* Ability to work independently and create projects and programs autonomously.
* Excellent organization, prioritization, and communication skills required.
* Flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
* Intermediate computer experience, specifically with Microsoft Office.
* Must have reliable transportation and a valid Drivers License.
