HRRoles / Responsibilities
- Contact, coordinate, and schedule interviews
- Schedule for New Hire Orientation
- Gather employee Identifications
- Send Apprenticeship paperwork to the Union
- Communicate with the field regarding outstanding HR items
- Enter workers injury reports into ICE
- Enter injury information into KPA
- Enter OSHA employee hours into KPA
- File I-9
- Weekly vehicle master roster updates
- Daily aerial lift inspection review
- Assist with orientation (e.g., register new hires in KPA and collect PPE to issue)
- Assist with KPA login questions
- Take meeting‑minute notes during monthly safety meetings and weekly superintendent meetings
- Assist with the training tracker for annual training requirements
- Assist in the inventory of the safety room PPE and sign out / return of specialty PPE
- Assist with fall protection return and cleaning of harnesses
- All other duties as assigned
The employee frequently sits, stands, communicates, reaches, and manipulates objects, tools, or controls. Minimal physical exertion is required.
Working ConditionsTypical office environment with usual office working conditions. Noise level is typical of most office environments.
